I am pretty sure they want YOUR opinion on the subject. Either way, my opinion is as follows, if you are going to use it, make sure to paraphrase to avoid compromising your academic integrity.
I think that Lady Macbeth does love Macbeth. Although she does say he is weak and full of "th’ milk of human kindness". She ultimately does want him to become king, and is willing to go as far as "un-sexing" herself to make it happen. Although it could be that Lady Macbeth is truly only so determined for personal gain, I think the fact she is willing to both force and work with Macbeth to plot an assassination against King Duncan can only be done with at least some degree of love and loyalty to her husband.
