I used to use social media for a little bit. I talked to others outside of my state and the countries
I do not use it anymore for these reasons:
A friend on Social Media sites, not really considered to be a friend.
Remember you may not know who your talking to, or what they perceive about you on the other side of the screen.
You might not really know who they are as a person or how they act.
Be nice don't be too friendly, act yourself don't try to hard it comes off weird and uncomfortable.
The internet is very dangerous and it is easy for people to pretend to be one thing than they actually are. People only show you what they want you to see.
If you don't know a person that sent you a online friend request, you should probably not accept their friend request because you don't know them and don't know who they are and it is unsafe unless you know the person in real life it would be OK to accept their friend request online.
