I have been through his before. you can  end the friendship with your best friend., you could also tell your boyfriend that you want to break up with you. then  find another boyfriend. this is what i did. also listieng to before he cheats  by Carrie Underwood, this will help get vengeful feelings out with being vengeful to them. and listening to some of taylor Swift's breakup songs might help . vengeful toward them. this is what helped me.  rember it will get better.
