Everyone loves their snacks. We all have a snack that we are in absolutely love with. I believe that Jim should start slowly. He doesn’t have to go cold-turkey. Maybe, he should start putting a little bit of pretzels in a bowl, instead of eating out a bag. It’s impossible to ask someone to never have snacks. He should try to replace his delicious pretzels with non-sugar ones. There’s types of pretzels that has less calories.
