PART I ➤ The Mayans contributed to society in a variety of ways that changed their society and has even affected us today. The main contribution to their society was the recent inventions that they came up with (see Part II). Mayan culture also contributed to their society with their practices, such as farming and their religious beliefs/gods.
PART II ➤ The Mayan did a lot! Because of their intelligence and advancement in education, they were able to create a writing system, a Mayan calendar (this has been modified since then, but we still follow a similar system), a mathematical system, and even foods like chocolate.
