To first get rid of the $9 per hour do 8 x 9 (=72). Then do 155- 72 (=83)to show how much more money needs to be made, then 83/the amount of money for each delivery- which is 6. Then the answer is rounded up from 13.83333 to 14 and the answer is 14.
