To me it’s most likely depression or secretive behavior since the person will most likely feel as if they have no choice in the matter and trapped and try to find a way out or fall into despair
People mainly forced to have intimate in forced marriage suffer from secretive behaviour and depression.

The forced intimate in marriage leads to the secretive behaviour because victim think that he/she will be not understable by anyone which leads to the depression.
