There was a time that a friend of mine got to a decision because the leader of the group said so (it was a group project). Although it was clear that he did not want to comply to the decision, he made it because it was what the leader said so.
Leadership is the set of managerial or managerial skills that an individual has to influence the way of being or acting of people or in a specific work group, making this team work with enthusiasm towards the achievement of their goals and objectives.
Example:
When my father is not at home, my older brother takes care of the children. My older brother orders them to do the homework, based on the authority of someone else who is their father.
