What’s the Answer?? Please!!

Finding the slope using two points:
The formula for slope is
[tex]\frac{y_{2}-y_{1}}{x_{2}-x_{1}}[/tex]
In this case...
(1, 9) and (-3, 16)
[tex]y_{2} =16\\y_{1} =9\\x_{2} =-3\\x_{1} =1[/tex]
^^^Plug these numbers into the formula for slope...
[tex]\frac{16-9}{-3 -1}[/tex]
[tex]\frac{7}{-4}[/tex]
C. [tex]\frac{-7}{4}[/tex]
^^^This is your slope
Hope this helped!
