When Juliet's mother informed Juliet about the arrangement her father made to have her marry Paris, Lady Capulet was very positive about the decision made. She wholly endorsed the idea of the marriage and relayed that the decision was made for the best interest of Juliet. However, when Juliet refused the marriage idea, Lady Capulet became angry and towards the end of their confrontation, she washed her hands off Juliet. She showed her bad side when things do not go her way.
