Some friends have gotten together to play volleyball and one of them is never played before what can you do to help this person feel welcome would you play through her mistakes during the game would you take Quick Timeouts as a group to explain, gameplay, would you have her chase the ball everywhere so she can score, or would you
encourage her to watch her from the sidelines before playing

What I would do is I would let her sit out for a game or two and then when she feels like she get how to play she can go in and play.

I would let her observe a few games and then if she plays and makes a mistake, correct it right away so she learns. If you let her make a mistake and you let it slip, she will think that she is correctly playing.
