The society group that is learning from another society will modify the elements that they learn from this other group to fit with their own.

They will most likely adopt only those elements that seems to fit well witbtheir society and reject those that doesn't .

They will allow in only those element that seem to help them.

Like the adoption of the Western culture by most African countries , they changed the way they use to dress up and took most of the dress code from the western style and some of Asian countries have also adopted the western culture and some of its elements .

Most of the society in these countries (part of Asian and part of African )have ditched the arranged marriages to start dating before getting married which is mostly a western culture .
