The Nucleus contains all the genetic material, such as chromosomes and DNA, in a eukaryotic cell. It is the "command center" of a cell as it controls them. They are found in both Animal and Plant Cells.
Vacuoles provide structural support to a cell by regulating pressure. They also help with storage, waste disposal (vesicles also help with this), protection, and growth inside a cell. Vacuoles are only in Plant Cells, whereas Vesicles can be found in both.
The Cytoskeleton gives a cell its shape, especially ones that do not contain a cell wall. They also allow for cell movement, and enable organelles to move inside a cell. Only Animal Cells contain a Cytoskeleton as plants cells have a cell wall.
The main function of Centrioles is to help with cell division in Animal Cells. (during mitosis and meiosis).
