Venus is the terrestrial rocky planet in the solar system that has the least water in it 0.0002%.
This is probably due to the fact that solar winds have blasted off venus atmosphere and due to the planet Venus does not have the magnetic field to hold its atmosphere it lacks oxygen and hydrogen to maintain water vapor.
While it might have been habitable earlier but due to its fast rotation on its axis, the planet topography changed and reduced its ability to absorb the sunlight changed.
Thus not even a single ice particle is found in frozen form over the surface.
