Pick up a new hobby to get your mind off of smoking. Also, tell your friends and family you’ve decided to stop, so that when that see you back at your old habits they can stop you.

Remember-they’re trying to help you!

Some hobbies are drawing, painting, legos, crocheting, knitting, working out.

And get a job at a place you can’t smoke at, if you don’t already work at one.

If you’d like to get a nicotine patch, these ideas might go hand in hand with the patch and speed up the process.
