Well its a pretty strong wind the answer is 75 mph

First you find out the distance without the wind which is 4x525 or 2,100

Now subtract 1800 from that and you get 300

But you’re still not done because 300 is the number of miles effected by the wind in the whole flight of 4 hours.

So just divide it by 4 and you get 75. So the wind is a 75 mph wind.

The wind speed is 75 mph

The calculation can be done as follows

Time= 4 hours

Distance= 1800 miles

jets speed= 525 miles

The wind speed can be calculated as follows

= 4 × 525

= 2100 miles

2100 miles- 1800 miles

= 300 miles

= 300/4

= 75 mph

Hence the wind speed is 75 mph
