The Africans slaves traveling on the ship might be killed when they reached America.

The conditions on the ships were deplorable. Tightly packed, very small rations of food, limited to no drinking water, no bathroom, rats, diseases, and torture. These are just some of the MANY conditions that Africans had to deal with on the slave ships to America.
