Advantage of the early river valley civilization:

  • One of the earliest civilizations were the Indus valley civilisation, the Mesopotamia civilization and the Chinese civilisation or the ancient Egypt.
  • These all civilisations had settled near the rivers.
  • The water of the river were the source of fishing and hunting for the people living in those regions of civilization.
  • The water of the rivers also made the land fertile making it possible for the cultivaton and agriculture.
  • This was possible for earning their livelihood and settling down easily and finding food for themselves.
