Creates and passes laws: Legislative Branch. The Legislative Branch creates and passes laws, while the Executive Branch enforces them.
Declares laws unconstitutional: Other Branches. The Judicial Branch reviews laws, along with different presidential actions, and decides whether they are unconstitutional or not.
Enforce laws: Other Branches. As I stated above, the Executive Branch is the one that enforces the laws.
Ratify treaties: Legislative Branch. The Senate in the Legislative Branch is a big part of ratifying treaties. The Vice President along with the House of Representatives also must have a say in ratifying treaties.
Impeachment: Legislative Branch. Both the Senate and the House of Representatives have to do with the impeachment process. The impeachment inquiry is made by the House of Representatives, then brought out and voted on by the Senate.
Negotiate treaties: Other Branches. The Executive Branch, which includes the Vice President, will negotiate treaties, while the Legislative Branch ratifies them, as I stated above.
Veto bills: Other Branches. While the Legislative Branch creates laws, the Executive Branch has the power to veto them. The President that is in the Executive Branch can use a Presidential Veto, but the Legislative Branch can override that if necessary.
