Answer: there is no clear answer but me personally i think cancer is a manmade disease made for money and population control look up dr sebi he cured people from cancer aids diabetes and many other diseases all with the help of herbs and natural ingredients that were already here on the earth for us humans to use its sad how not many people know his story that is one of the reasons he was able to live so long and why the (government) didnt want him to live but unfortunately he died of starvation in prison, (even though google has his cause of death listed as pneumonia), he was a good man and i wish more people knew about him. he is partially one of the reasons they wanted american rapper nipsey hussle dead because he was going to show the world the truth in a documentary he was making.
