(A) both move sediment from one place to another. (B) both break down rocks into smaller pieces (C) both change Earth's surface (D) both leave sediment in new places
They both break larger rocks down ultimately causing the earths surface to change. so weathering usually through wind and other natural stuff I won't get into. And erosion does the same just through water and it causes changes in the earth. so both are related to Dand B at the same time so you will have to choose.
