Did the caste system of India exist before or after the arrival of the Britannic conquerors in the time when Britain was pursuing the policy of imperialism?
The caste system already existed before the arrival of the British but it was only during the British occupation that the caste system was fully established. It was the basis for the administration of imperialism.
