The speed of light in air does not depend on wavelength and light frequency. The speed of liht is a universal constant and is approximated to be 299,792,458 meters per second.

The wavelength does affect the speed of light. The wavelength travels slower in the air because particles are scattered all over. Refraction also plays an important role in the speed of light.   Refraction is the act of bending of particles as they enter into a medium.
