Macronutrients: There are three Macronutrients. The three Macronutrients are fats, Protein and Carbohydrate.  These Macronutrients are found in almost all food item.  

Protein: Protein is helpful for repairing and regenerating of tissue and cells. The main source of protein is pulses, nuts, legumes, avocado etc.

Carbohydrate: Carbohydrate is energy source of our body. The main source of Carbohydrate is Banana, Rice, Cauliflower, etc.  

Fat: It is essential for the development of brain. The main source of fats is walnut, Almonds and Pumpkin  

Micronutrient: Micronutrients helps our body to functioning and in crucial order to maintain energy levels, metabolism and cellular function.
