Drinking a glass of water will make you feel less hungry. Also, when you do eat, try to associate positive feelings with it. Positive feelings are usually what cause cravings since they directly give off dopamine.

Some people say that you should brush your teeth because when you have a clean mouth and fresh breath, that stops you from wanting to eat more.
Also, my personal solution is reading or zen doodling.
