well, i assume that the use of punctuation does affect the meaning of ‘The Black Snake’ because;
of the use of capital letters. for example, when u refer the text as ‘the black snake’ ur using adjectives to describe the black snake.
vice versa, when using capital letters, ‘The Black Snake’ it doesn’t describe that the snake is black, but the use of capital letters say it’s a proper noun, which says that ‘The Black Snake’ is actually the name of the snake or is a title that the snake refers to.
