Plan of Reconstruction for the Union:
- In the southern region including Texas state , it provided the white South with a free hand in regulating the transition from slavery to freedom. But, it condemned any role for the black American to take part in the political system of the Southern region.
- According to the proposal planed, it offered a pardon to all white Southerners except Confederate leaders and wealthy planters, the power full people in the South were provided more freedom, as they were supposed to make a new system of governance and policies in order to run the state.
Different from the Lincoln's construction Plan:
As Lincoln's reconstruction plan was much different then the mentioned above as, he proposed a deal that if ten percent of the voters are in favor to unite with the states, it would be a done deal for the system, as he wanted a quick end to the war.
