Following are the reasons why the original plan for sharing alike did not work well:

  • After the implementation of this plan, only a few people worked religiously and others preferred to rely on them for their work to be done.
  • The laziness of people that relied on others went on increasing day by day.
  • The ones who worked devotedly suffered from excessive work and their productivity decreased considerably.
  • The imbalance in the distribution of work led to decrease in the output.
