In the context of this text, how does dystopian fiction present the power of fear? How could
dystopian or utopian fiction be used to manipulate readers?

Someone please help me :)

Respuesta :

Dystopian describes the future which is unpleasant where people might live in fear and misery and this type of future presents the fear.

Explanation:

Dystopian is a term which describes the future. It is unlike the opposite term which is Utopian. But the dystopian future is the one which is not pleasant. It is dehumanizing. The common themes of dystopia are control by the government, the damage done to the environment and the damage done by the technology

The dystopian future is the future in which the people would live in fear and misery. So this kind of future is a fear for the people. Therefore it is a dangerous world. It is a kind of future where no one wants to live in.
