The experimental probability is 1/4 because of the four times the coin was flipped, it only landed on tails once, and on heads the other three times.
The theoretical probability, however, is 1/2 because there are two possible outcomes that are both equally likely. As your sample size increases, your experimental probability will get closer and closer to your theoretical probability.
