A two party system is when there are, like the name implies, two parties. The unites states is a two party system, republicans and democrats. There are also smaller parties such as the green party and libertarian party but it is mainly just the two.

In capitalism, the economy (trade and industry) is controlled by private individuals to make a profit. Capitalism is based on individual and favour market mechanisms over government intervention.

In communism, the economy (trade and industry) is controlled by the community, and the share of the profit for an individual depends on their ability and needs. Communism based on government planning and limitations on private control of resources.
