Why do you think defining crime is so difficult? Give an example of a situation in which a “crime” might not be considered a crime?

Respuesta :

1. What is crime?
A crime is a human's action that doesn't respect the laws. Laws are different everywhere though. Some laws are universal, but a lot of them change, from country to country, state to state... If there is no law, there is no crime, even if the action that was committed seems awful.

Defining crime- An illegal act for which someone can be punished by the government especially: a gross violation of the law. 2: a grave offense especially against morality. 3: criminal activity efforts to fight crime.

Crime is hard to describe because it depends on what side you are, if you're the victim it's hard to tell what crime is since you were the one affected. The one who did the crime may think he/she is innocent. What if you saw someone being beaten up then you jumped in and hurt someone, you think your a hero but others think it's assault. You may even get in trouble just for touching the man/woman.
