honestly i dont think we can go to far because of how bad littering is destroying the earth.... Answer: so i guess i would say we make all people in prison and jail clean for a job and any time we catch someone littering we dont write a ticket we send them to jail so they must clean for at least a month or two and anyone that tries to escape is either shot or 2 years is added to their sentence at least.

The main issue of the society can be found in the cleanness and as people realize to stop littering and wasting foodstuff and solution to the same problem can be figured out easily.

  • The cost of the solution will out way the benefits. For that a social change is necessary  and can be made from the social institution of the person.
  • Hence the change will make an impact and problem of the society will be solved.
