- I mean I don't know how she reacted but I feel that since she thought that she already had enough kids and Paul D wanted to her two have his kids she probably regretted it afterwards, also since Beloved was crying downstairs.
- And since beloved was crying downstairs in the book she probably felt regret and remorse afterwards, Paul D on the other hand probably didn't care, and he probably felt happy because in the book it said he had a low-ego or like low self-esteem so the fact that she agreed orobably made him feel good and happier about himself.
