Explanation: Its simple really, you need lots of greens, nuts and fruits. They are very good for a healthy body.
of course you need excercise and sleep. Sleep is VERY important, its like a battery, if you dont charge it, it wont work.
And to keep a nice fit body, you need to do excercise atleast 10 minutes a day. I do hour workouts each day and im a vegetarian It's really helping me to have more energy during the day.
