Gregor's thoughts, Kuper customizes the conventional cloud shape by outlining the thought balloon with short vertical lines. (The cloud as used here will help the reader to understand that those things are still hanging in the air, they've not been actualized)
When Gregor speaks, his balloons have a wavy outline and use a wavy, uneven typeface. (This represent Gregor's voice still vibrant and active. )
