The image is an example of multiple point perspective because it has three vanishing points (bottom, right-side, and left-side) that the converging lines of the objects lead the eye to.

It is when a drawing/painting uses more than 2 vanishing points. The drawing does count because it has three vanishing points, for the left, to the right, and to the bottom.
