Lewis dot structure is defined as the structure of the molecules where each atoms are represented by their symbols, and the outer shell electrons are represented by dots where the bonds formed between the atoms are represented by lines.

Here in case of silicic acid, the silicon is the Central atom with the outer electron number of 4. Two of those electrons bond with one oxygen forming a double bond. Rest 2 electrons are bonded with two hydroxyl radicals. At the end of the structure, all the atoms get their stable octet. But the molecule is itself not very stable as it's prone to dehydration and become silicon dioxide.
