How does the Constitution prevent the abuse of power?

Answer a full paragraph pleasen

Respuesta :

The Constitution adopts two principles: separation of powers and checks and balances. Separation of powers is a representation for the governance of a state. Under this model, a country’s government is divided into branches, each with separate, independent powers and responsibilities so that powers of one branch are not in conflict with those of the other branches. Checks and balances is a principle of government under which separate branches are empowered to prevent actions by other branches and are induced to share power.
