After 2 sec The car A will move though 10 m , where as B has moved through 5 m only

After 3 sec , The car B has moved 7.5 m , whereas A has moved through 15 m

After 4 sec , the car B has moved through 10 m , whereas A has moved a distance of 20 m .

Thus The car A is moving at double the speed of car B .
