Steps Needed:
Find the absolute value distance of 0.8, -1, -1/2, and 0 from -2/3 and -1/3
0.8 is closer to 1/3
-1 is closer to -2/3
-1/2 is closer to -2/3
0 is closer to 1/3
To find the values with the distances, bring both of the values and find how far they are apart.
eg.
