Corrections for your first paragraph: "This article represents a scenario with two children handling art projects; one with instructions, and one without." The rest you don't really need to include since it only serves as more stuff to read and drives away from the point. If you'd like, you can simply give a brief summary of what each child experienced (e.g., "Child one was sat alone with no instructions, while child two was given very detailed instructions by their mother.")
For your second paragraph: "Both children executed two different types of art. In the first scenario, the first child had an artistic process that had no influence, giving them an example to explore the materials, allowing the child to express themselves however they'd like. Meanwhile, the second child is guided through the artistic process by their mother, allowing for a more instructional experience, rather than a truly artistic one."
Your last paragraph really confused me because of the lack of punctuation and I wasn't sure which side you were supporting more, but I think I got the basics of it. I'll try to re-phrase it in the way I thought you were trying to communicate it, you may correct it however you'd like :)
For your last paragraph: "These two scenarios support both the children's development in very different ways. It is important to know the difference in order to offer the children experiences that encourage healthy creativity and support their thinking skills, allowing for better and healthier development in the long-run."
Hope this helped. :)
