In "astrophysicist chronicles battle over pluto" , the one who first noticed that pluto had been left out of dr. tyson's exhibit is : Will Galmot

As soon as the seven-year old Will Galot notice that pluto has been excluded in the exhibition, he write a cute letter to the natural history museum requesting that they should build the model of Pluto

In "astrophysicist chronicles battle over Pluto," the first person who noticed that Pluto had been left out of Dr. Tyson’s exhibit was Will Galmot. Apparently Dr. Tyson decided to exclude Pluto from the exhibits of planets because it displays the characteristics of an icy body rather than a planet.
