In this quote, Susan B. Anthony, who was a women's activist and journalist is stating that no women who respects herself aa a women, or being aware of who she really is, would work or support the success of a political party that ignores her opinion or voice just because she is a woman. So, no women should support a party or fight for it's success if she isn't even allowed to vote. Its like saying today women cannot vote but that they need to advertise, campaign or fund. That is inequality and abuse.
