Circle is a locus of infinite number of points which are equidistant from a point. And by joining two points forms a side. If we connect all conjugate two points of circle then we get infinite number of sides.
But you could also make the point that a circle is an infinitely long line, and a line has two sides, so you could say that a circle has two sides.
This is a very controversial question, with no definite answer.
