Expanding public internet access to all homes is a highly beneficial law. Now that students are not allowed to got to school, it would be nice to expand that access because some students don't have that privilege. It's definitely harder for people who don't have computers or internet access because now everything is on computers and phones. Students homework needs to be completed on computers, parents emails and work needs to be completed on a computer, and teachers who are putting homework assignments up need a computer. Everyone needs a computer or a phone whether they like it or not.
