Anxiety may be caused by drugs, physical conditions, metal conditions, the death of a pet or family member, work stress or worrying about finances. And NO anxiety is technically fake (like what kind of mental state is your teacher in hehe). Anyways, anxiety isn't fake because sadly, many people suffer throughout their whole lives and have mental issues due to anxiety.
