I love public speaking, but at the same time, I do get very nervous. I start to think that people will not like what I have to say, or that I will end up saying something wrong. Therefore, I end up muttering, and I tend to start to ramble. I can improve by making more eye contact with the people I am speaking to, and make sure my body posture shows confidence, to convince myself that I will do great.
