By the end of World War 2 many believed it to be a deterrent for nations and even the possibility of another war. However, when United States intelligence learned the Soviet Union tested a nuclear bomb, America’s views of the Atomic Bomb were spilt. Many believed they were going to cause the nuclear apocalypse or they were peace keepers for the world.
