A group of young people are drinking beer at Esteban's house. They decide to take his mother's car for a drive around town. "My mother won't mind. Nothing will happen to us," says Esteban. 1. Yes it is a crime
2. that is drinking while driving/driving while intoxicated.
3. They could get pulled over and have to go to jail, they could get a criminal charge, they could get in an accident and not only injure themselves but injure someone else
